Apply to the KSU Dual Enrollment Program
Georgia’s Dual Enrollment Program provides students enrolled at an eligible public or private high school or home study program in Georgia the opportunity to earn high school and college credit at a participating eligible postsecondary institution in Georgia.
Georgia’s Dual Enrollment Program offers students the opportunity to experience college courses and begin their college academic career while still in high school and provides for standard tuition, mandatory fees and required books.
Dual enrollment students are ineligible to enroll for seats that have been reserved for other students, such as those designated for honor students or new first-year college students.
The program is offered during all terms of the school year.

Dual Enrollment Funding Eligibility Requirements:
Beginning Summer 2026, the will require Dual Enrollment students to meet Georgia Residency requirements to qualify for Dual Enrollment funding for eligible courses.
Before the first day of classes for the enrollment term, students must meet the residency requirements established by the institution type they plan to attend:
- Effective FY 2027 (Summer 2026 and later), a student must meet the postsecondary institution’s Georgia Residency requirements.​​​​
- Supporting documentation may be required by the college or university.
- Effective FY 2027 (Summer 2026 and later), a student must meet U.S. citizenship or
eligible non-citizen requirements.
