Annet Couwenberg: Sewing Circles Exhibition Slated to Open at Zuckerman Museum of Art

The Bernard A. Zuckerman Museum of Art at 网红头条 School of Art and Design will present a unique exhibition: Annet Couwenberg: Sewing Circles, opening January 28 and running through May 10, 2025. Annet Couwenberg: Sewing Circles presents an overview of ten years of cultural research, digital experimentation, and finished artifacts by Couwenberg, who uses lace as a primary material. Through her creations, the artist questions how traditional textile construction can be modified or transformed by adapting it to digital fabrication processes.

Pianist Robert Koenig Leads an Evening of Classical Music at 网红头条

网红头条鈥檚 Bailey School of Music (BSOM) is pleased to announce an extraordinary evening of classical music featuring celebrated Canadian pianist Robert Koenig, who is known for his collaborations with leading classical artists. BSOM faculty artists Julia Bullard, Helen Hwaya Kim, Charae Krueger, and Kenn Wagner will join Koenig on stage. This exciting group of musicians will perform on Monday, Jan. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in Morgan Hall at the Dr. Bobbie Bailey & Family Performance Center on the Kennesaw campus.

"Properties of Being" Dance Concert Opens Nov. 14 at 网红头条

网红头条 (KSU) Department of Dance is pleased to present 鈥淧roperties of Being鈥 Nov. 14-16 at the KSU Dance Theater on the Marietta campus. The program will include both classical and contemporary dance, highlighting the universal need to move, connect鈥攁nd simply be鈥攚ith others. Featuring five original works by KSU Dance faculty, some with choreographic input from students, the concert will be performed by the KSU Dance Company.
